We often experience the natural environment through some sort of frame or screen — a TV screen, a window perhaps.
In this piece, I was inspired by a train journey running through Scotland — the footage for which is used in this sculptural piece.
Viewing the landscape through the glass of the train window, it presents itself in a particular format with limited dimensions — so much of it remains hidden or simply out of view.
