A three-part installation for a Carbon-themed group show: a participation cocktail, a petri-dish wall, and an algae-alphabet projection.
Carbon-mitigation cocktails served on opening night contained chlorella — algae as a nutritional carbon sink. Presented through [Dinner]Lab, an experimental food-culture initiative founded with Allison Pallenske.
The petri dishes were prepared in collaboration with the Evolutionary Biology Department, University of Edinburgh.
